My name is Heike McCahon and I offer fully qualified, holistic, affordable and effective counselling and Family Constellation work to individuals, couples and families in a peaceful setting in Christchurch.
Everyone experiences emotional pain at times in life. But when the distress is especially severe, receiving counselling will be beneficial for you to rekindle your joy for life, belief in yourself and ability to cope with the challenges that come your way.

Over the years I have developed skills in many areas including addictions, abuse, trauma, mental health and relationship issues of all sorts. I do counselling face to face or on the phone / Skype in a friendly and relaxed way to help you deal with a wide range of unwanted conditions.
